Refund and Cancellation Policy

Within the 14 day cooling off period

All of the policies sold by us come with a 14-day cooling off period.

To be eligible for a refund please contact us within 14 days of the policy start date and we will refund the amount paid in full, as long no claim is being processed at the time.

After the 30-day cooling off period

You may cancel your policy at any time provided you have not made a claim. You will receive a pro-rata refund proportionate to the number of unexpired days remaining during the Period of Insurance. To request a cancellation please contact us on 020 7937 9092 or team@chelsea-insurance.co.uk. Where you have made a claim, and wish to cancel your policy you will not be entitled to any refund.

If we cancel your insurance

We can cancel your insurance by giving You 21 days’ notice in writing where there is a valid reason for doing so. You will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of premium provided that you have paid your annual premium in full.
