Efficient, cost competitive and exceptional customer service

I used Chelsea Insurance broker to put in place insurance covering contents in a storage facility. That was dealt with efficiently and the cost was very competitive.

I subsequently need to change the storage facility. Chelsea Insurance brokers did not charge any fee to make the change and from my initial request to having a revised schedule in my box took just an hour and 40 minutes. I consider that to be an exceptional level of service

This has to be the fastest insurance broker i have ever worked with. Sharon has been brilliant.
Although the storage insurance is hopefully a one off for me, I will be looking at our buildings and contents insurance with Chelsea, Fantastic so far
